How I View Leadership?

When people hear the word, leadership, the first thing that clicks their mind is the picture of a man with high position, fame, stature and significance, leading a nation. But in actuality, that is not the case. We live in a society obsessed with public opinion. But leadership has never been about popularity, my dear fellows. I say, if your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you’re a leader. One does not discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a very long time. 
We need to know that leadership is action, not position. It is how you motivate others to make progress. It is the struggle to attain good, and show others the way. It’s the fortitude of taking the world with you. Leaders are those people who don’t force others to follow, in fact, they invite them on a journey. Fuchan Yuan once said and I quote: there are three essentials to leadership: humility, clarity and courage. To me, a leader is someone who reaches the highest standard of character; not to become the richest in means, but in spirit; not the greatest in worldly position, but in true honour; not the most intellectual, but the most virtuous; not the most powerful; but the most truthful, upright, and motivating. Not only this, his every struggle is to inspire others for the better. His actions speak the language of audacity, purpose, and success. Because, afterall, my dear fellow, its rain that brings flowers, not thunder. Not the cry, but the flight of a wild duck, leads the flock to fly and follow!
Ladies and gentlemen, a leader is made, not born. He is a same ordinary person, but with extraordinary determination and faith that he can bring a change. He is someone who, in matters of style, would swim with the current; and in matters of principle, would stand like a rock. 
John C.Maxwell describes a leader as someone who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. 
Fellows, the task of a leader is to get its people from where they are to where they have not been. From what they have seen to what have not even imagined! If we turn back the pages of history, we ave countless examples of influential leaders whose actions define them. Our Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh), Quaid e Azam, Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, Andrew jackson, Eleanor Roosevelt, Nelson Mandela, Winston Churchill etc So you see, all leaders are a balance of Charisma, Passion, Inspiration, Progress, Vision, Risk, Determination, motivation and respect!
This Latin proverb stands absolutely correct when it states, it is absurd that a man should rule others, who cannot rule himself. I believe, to be a leader, we have to enlarge our vision, retrain our brain, increase confidence, attract the good, seize the profitable opportunities in our path, step forward daily, believe in ourselves,  in others, and get others to believe in themselves too. We need to have courage and take risks, because if the highest aim of a captain were to preserve his ship, he would keep it in port forever. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. You! Yes, you.. Inside you is untapped potential, you have unlimited value! We all can be leaders. Jjust consider the past, evaluate the present and create the future.
SO I would say, there dwells a leader in every one of us, just give it a chance and let it out.

Why is the Muslim Ummah divided?

For us to be united, we must first understand the reasons of our DIVISION.

 1. JAHYL (ignorance): Many Muslims are just Muslims by name, they know nothing about their religion.   Its like claiming whats right, but not following it. Unaware of your own truth.

2. BLIND FOLLOWING OF THE IMAMS: Preferring their fatawas over Qur'an and Sunnah.

3. MISINFORMATION and MISINTERPRETATION OF THE TEXT: Qur'an and Sunnah are not interpreted properly and thus create confusions and fabrications.

 4. HAWA (evil desires): Some Muslims want to treat the Qur'an like a plate of food, they take what they want and they dump what they don't want.
They want to have one foot in Islam and one foot in Christianity, one foot in deen and one foot in Democracy, one foot towards Allah, the other towards this world… one door in Islam and one foot in modernization.. they clasp the roots of Islam, yet follow Shaitan.

5. CONSPIRACY:

Firstly, the Saudi Salafi is a Zionist conspiracy which was set up to dismantle the Shariah. Saudi Arabia is in the pocket if America, and America is in the pocket of Zionists and the Zionists are in the pocket of the Shaitan.

 Second is Sufism.. to promote democracy because they don't want to do Jihad.. and Jews trying to impose their own rule over the whole world, over the Muslims, through a democratic state, funds, paper currency and on the name of aids.

 The SHIA movement is another conspiracy, which was started by the Jews.

 How can you a member of Ahlus Sunnah wa Juma'aah who love Abu Bakr(RA) and Umar(RA) unite with a shia who hate Abu bakr and Umar?

 Not only these, there are tonnes of conspiracies going on everywhere where Muslims reside, just to bring them down, crush them.
How can we be united when we have so many conspiracies in the Ummah?

 6. HYPOCRISY: The more you love the Dunya the more hypocritical you are, but the less love you have for the Dunya the more sincere you are as a believer.

The more you love the Dunya the easier it is for the kuffar to buy you out.

 7. DISEASES OF THE HEART: The kuffar have infiltrated us with RACISM, with NATIONALISM, with TRIBALISM. And this is further breaking us down into groups.

We have to break all these disunities and divisions, and turn ourselves into what Allah wanted His people to be. What Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) saw us as. We have to be the nation, he prayed for , before Allah called him. Allah is with us. Take a step. We are all together. Lets move on. This is the time to stand up and reach out for what we should have, long before. Lets show the world, we still are the GREATEST nation!

Explanation of Logic Gates

Logic Gates:-

A logic gate , it sounds horribly complex topic. But its simple an electric circuit with two inputs and one output. Now it receives two incoming electric currents, compares them and send them to new outgoing electric current.

Example:- Logic gate is just like a doorman outside a night club. Who allows people to inside the night club. He only allows people if they are passed to their conditions. Same happens in logic gates. I will show you how.

AND Gate:-

Suppose that you are going to a night club with your friend. There's a doorman who would allow you to walk inside only if you pass certain tests like, Their conditions are both of you should be wearing a tie, if anyone of you would not have tie. He wont allow you guys to enter the club. Same case is with AND Gate , it works with two electrical inputs, and if both are switched on . Output would be 1. 

OR Gate:-

Similarly, You go with your friend to another night club. Here doorman is giving u a new rule.. He says if anyone among u is a member , then you will be allows to enter. other wise not. Same case is with OR Gate, If two electrical puts are there, and if either of input is switched on the output would be 1.

NOT Gate:-

If you failed to enter the club in all ways. now there is only one hope that your friend is having a party, but outside the door there is very argumentative person who argues with every. he let that person to enter who is rude instead of being polite. in simple words he is doing opposite to what u expect. Same case is with NOR Gate. In this case, If input is zero then output would be 1 and vice versa.

I must say politicians should either suicide or they should resign. What more they want? A person who they say gathered only 5000 people in Islamabad's dharna. Its surprising for me than that IK whom they said a Uturn Master or Buhtaan Khan gathered massive crowd. Believe me, I studied in Lahore GCU, Minar e pakistan is just near that college. Lahore , Sharif Brothers say is focal city of N League. But it isn't , believe me it isnt. Everyone person either he is Rikhsaw driver , Salesman, Student or a worker , You would listen that he voted for Imran Khan. My question is where are their votes? where are they? . You can see just near minar e pakistan sharif brothers built AZADI INTERCHANCE, people should support them in that case, but a storm of people i can see there. How they came? Are they hired? Brought under pressure? NO! They arent , Because , They are LAHORI'S . I have been there for years. I know they do what they want.

I wish , i could express here my Enthusiasm. I wanted to be there, i coudnt reach . MY BAD!. Everywhere, i can hear GO NAWAZ GO. 1000 people can be followers of a Uturn Master 5000 can be ? but not a storm of people could be the followers of Uturn Master. He is a man, a true Leader Indeed!. People now a days are truth seeker.  GEO TV made another rumour that only 70k people could adjust there. And believe me 70k chairs have been placed there, and what about the people who are standing? who are somewhere in between. I m just waiting for a senior analyst to give His remarks on this.


GEO now a days , oh. No! everyday they have been supporting N league. Their news start from IK and ended at insulting him. There are other political parties to be discussed but no. Who would raise their popularity who would fund them? if they wont pinch every news of IK.

What more can we say? GEO had been discussed in Parliament. Our Finance Minister discussed issue regarding a TV channel in parliament, but what about other pending issues? I wont discuss this part now, Right now More than one lac People are in Lahore's Jhalsa thats it.

Expectations for UHS Merit List

Reason for increase in merit:-

Every student have a dream that there should be reduction in merit every year. But system don't work under students satisfaction . By every year number of repeaters have been increasing . So the number of students giving UHS exams on coming year increases . But this year the scenario is totally different, Steps taken by Govt. would axiomatically cause increase in UHS merit .  

As the decision of allocation of seats by the Govt. would beyond their control cause increase in merit. Because this year 50% of boys would be allocated the seats, which surely means only the  high achievers would be named in the list and same case for girls . Moreover, repeaters who are having an aggregate of 84 to 85% last year, must have   scored   a percentage of 87 to 88% this year. 

So nothing is hidden , it is obvious that under such circumstances merit would increase . people saying that merit would decrease , should accept the fact that if Government has allocated 50% seats for boys and 50% for Girls, How can you say that merit would decrease. Being more precise, When we say 50% seats would be allocated to boys and 50% for girls, that clearly means among all the students of boards and UHS, Only the top 50% of them would be named in the list.

As per my experience, and of my senior fellows who are in medical colleges. Merit would be upto 87.12%

DC Ciruits and Parrallel and series arrangement

A direct Current  circuit consist of source of direct current electricity, which has conducting wire. Which is usually copper wire, Which is connected to one end of source terminal and back to other terminal in a complete circuit. For  DC Electricity to exist, DC current is required. Remember, Circuit is a loop which is closed and through which current flows. In DC Circuit, Current flows only in one direction. DC Circuit consist of a DC battery and a source i.e a bulb or a flashlight.


Whereas, DC electricity is actually the movement of electrons from area of negative charges to area of positive charges, and charges always travel through some conducting wire i.e mostly copper wire. DC electricity in a circuit consist of voltage, resistance and current.


Electricity moving through a wire consist of voltage (v) and Current (I)  Resistance (R). Voltage is the potential energy stored in a conductor whereas resistance is opposition to the flow of electron, and Current is because of flow of electrons.  Resistance is required in a circuit to control the flow of electricity. Voltages and Current are independent of time in DC Circuits.


If a Capacitor C or Inductor L is added in DC Circuit, now the circuit formed would not be a DC circuit. DC installations would be found in low voltage or extreme low voltage applications such as sockets, and etc and these are usually attached with a battery. if not attached with a battery wouldnt work on low voltages.


Series Circuit:-
                         In this type of circuits, devices are placed in a line or series arrangement such as bulbs so that they are placed between the two positive and negative ends of battery. One side effect of this arrangement is that if one end of battery burns out, it would act like a switch.


Parallel Circuits,:- In this type of circuits , devices are arranged in parallel combination. In this type of combination, if one device such as bulb goes out, other is still in contact. If one bulb burns out, it wont act as a switch. And still other bulb would shine and would electrical wiring in homes is also in parallel. And the major advantages of Parallel circuit is that if one end or one loop fails to respond, it wont lead to the failure of the other terminal or end, similarly more loops can be added without addition of more voltage.


IMPORTANT:-
                          current produced at the water power stations is AC, because it works in cyclic form and is Alternating current, so it is carried to distant places through transformers ,, but DC cant be carried to distant places. When it reaches to our homes, there is a break which controls the effectivity of AC, and send to our homes.
                                   

Allocation of Seats in MBBS

Education in Pakistan runs under politics. It is obvious from the current decisions made by the government on education system. They implement the formula, that benefits them and what works according to their scheme. That is totally crap, I must say. Now another Devastating step by Government for the allocation of seats in MBBS. That means 50% of girls would be admitted to medical colleges and 50% of boys would be admitted. Believe me before this, Almost 70% of girls were admitted to medical colleges on Merit. Government would be against every step that is on merit. They should be proud that Pakistan was the only country with such a large number of girls admitted to medical colleges on merit.


The reason that this decision had to be opted was that, many of girls after being admitted to the medical colleges dont work in their professional life and are married. What if they are married? They achieved their goals by doing hardwork, they did everything possible to achieve the merit. This doesnt mean that everyone should be restricted to follow his dream on future decisions.


Now this step would axiomatically increase the merit in MBBS. In a way because , now only 50% of girls would be admitted which means the most high achievers would be sorted out and listed for MBBS. This same goes for boys, Without one's control the high achievers in boys would be sorted out as per 50% criteria made by the Government.

Inventions and Abuse of Technology

Since the advent of time, science has been at its work, bundles of theories have been made, laws have been passed, and each of its discoveries and inventions have had pros and cons. They bring about positive outcomes and yet, if used in a negative manner can be real destructive.
Take the example of nuclear power. Nuclear reactions release a million times more energy, as compared to hydro or wind energy. Hence, a large amount of electricity can be generated. Presently, 12-18% of the world's electricity is generated through nuclear energy.
The biggest advantage of this energy is that there is no release of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, ozone, chlorofluorocarbon) during nuclear reaction, which are a major threat in the current scenario, as they cause global warming and climate change. As there is no emission of these gases during nuclear reaction, there is very little effect on the environment..
Nuclear reactors make use of uranium as fuel. Fission reaction of a small amount of uranium generates a large amount of energy. Currently, the high reserves of uranium found on Earth, are expected to last for another 100 years. High amount of energy can be generated from a single nuclear power plant. Also, nuclear fuel is inexpensive and easier to transport.
On the contrary… the results of wrong usage of such an immense power can be seen if we turn the pages of history… the world war 2… when Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed by American forces… this nuclear bomb marks a terrible history, causing deaths of more than 200,000 people and leaving a barren land with abnormalities for the generations to come. The Chernobyl disaster that occurred at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in 1986 in Ukraine, was the worst nuclear power plant disaster. One of the nuclear reactors of the plant exploded, releasing high amount of radiation in the environment. It resulted in thousands of casualties, mostly due to exposure to harmful radiation. One cannot deny the possibility of repetition of such disasters in future.
Such disastrous and heart rending effects still prevail and are remembered as one of the biggest tragedies that ever happened to humanity.
Every act has positive and negative aspects… Science has been a great help to mankind, since the Industrial revolution and even before, easing our lives by providing every kind of facility that is required by us. For example, computers, laptops, mobiles, web communication, internet, televisions, microwaves, washing machines, iron, solar paneling, wind turbines, electricity and much much  more. Science, in the field of medicine also has done miracles by saving the lives of humans from the deadliest diseases like cancer, AIDS, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis, Chicken pox, Small pox, Measles, Rubella, Gastroenteritis etc. Another major contribution is the discovery of nanotechnology. Nanotechnology has certain types and all have brought about immense and dramatic changes in this world, in all fields.  But, along with these advantages… science has also proved out to be destructive. It not only led to the invention of atomic bomb, but also cannons, shotguns, missiles, that all led to the world becoming greedy and trying to struggle to attain more power and become stronger. These inventions and discoveries of science made the world enter a race of terror, bloodshed and fighting to get to the top in power and ammunitions.
So, you see everything in this world from the smallest atom to the largest galaxies… from the negligible seed to the tallest trees, from pebbles to humungous mountains… each and everything has its own benefits and drawbacks. But, as humans, it is our duty, our first concern… to work for maintaining peace in this world. To be the well-wishers of mankind. To work for its protection, NOT for destruction. To keep it safe from every danger. To make this world one of the best places to live, from the whole universe. To endorse peace, love and hope. To condemn hatred, war and abhorrence. To use everything for the good and welfare of mankind. To bring out optimism in everything. To always look on the brighter side. To take advantage and restrain from the darker side of every discovery. To be the building blocks of peace. To use science and technology as an aid to world peace.
Even according to Quran, we are compelled to bring about peace in this world. Islam preaches peace, tolerance, kindheartedness, love and care. Quran is the only book that tells us to think and ponder over everything around us and science is the best way to do so. It is all about research and finding out what is happening around us. About problems and their solutions. About logic and reasoning. About knowing the right thing. About discovery. Quran, itself has a lot about such knowledge.. of science… embryology, astronomy etc. A Hadith goes like,” For every disease that God has sent, He has also sent down a cure.” Now, in the 21st century, all these things are proved and the need of maintaining peace has increased.
Islam has also emphasized on gaining knowledge… on learning, on knowing more about the universe and sharing the knowledge that one has. This emphasis is what has made Ibn e khaldoom the father of sociology and history, Ibn e farnas to make the first glider, Abu Rehan Al Berooni to make great contributions in the field of astronomy, mathematics and astrology, Ibn e Seena to come up with such detailed books on medicine which have been aught in the western universities for more than 700 years, Jabar Bin Hayan to bring about discovery of algebra, Ibn ul Haitham to write a book on eye and contribute in the field of light and Abu Al NAsar Al Farabi to considerably contribute to science, philosophy, logic, sociology, psychology, medicine, Maths and music. According to one Hadith, it is said ”Seek knowledge from cradle to grave.”
Muslims have always been masterminds and braniacs behind great, mind blowing architecture. Their dexterity can be clearly seen in the remarkable buildings that have been constructed so far… the symmetry of Taj Mahal, Badshahi Masjid, Lahore Fort and Shalimar Gardens. This knowledge led to maintenance of peace and harmony in Muslim states. Their washrooms were all set… with proper drainage system which was not even known to the west at that time. Their cities flourished because of cleanliness and proper settlements. And everything was at peace. Science brought about peace in their lives.
We, as humans, generally have a very greedy and selfish nature. We want what seems charming, what others have. We are always looking for getting power and the best of the best. We always think of our benefit whether it is something good or evil ,it doesn’t matter. But this shouldn’t be the case because we are all living in this one world and we will never have it replaced. We need to promote peace. It is not just responsibility it something we all must do.
So, lets all unite and promise that we will make use of everything in a positive manner, restrain from evil and try to be good human beings. Lets all promise to make this world a better place for our next generations to live. Come lets fall in love again… let's turn all the dirt in this world to shiny gold... May we succeed and accomplish our goal.

Procedure to apply for NET

NUST is a top Ranked University in Pakistan. Every desires to be in Nust to fulfill their dreams. Like others, Nust has its own apitude test i.e NET. NUST gave the student three chances to get admitted to test. Who ever scores the highest in any of the three tests, the test with highest score would be considered.

NET 1:-

NET 1 is held in December. Students who are currently in HSSC 1 , can also apply for the Nust Entrance Test. Repeaters can also apply for  NET.

NET 2:-

NET 2 is usually held in april. As per my experience NET 1 is the most easiest of all the NET's . You should get prepared yourself to score good in NET 1.

NET 3:-

 NET 3 is the most difficult of all NET's as per students experience, I dont mean to scare you guys. Seriously get prepared Then would be nothing.

Applying Procedure:-

                                   To apply for the NET , the procedure is very simple. Simply have access to NUST's Official site. And open the section UG admissions . After that , there would be a login page, creat your new NET account on website with your email address and name etc. After completing prerequisties, At the end of online application you would get a bank challan. Simply print it out. and submit it to the Registered HBL Branch in your City. After Submitting the Challan, There would be a branch code , open the login page for NET again and write the Branch code and again submit the online application. After 48 hours your application would be seen and you be given a respective date for your test, its upto you which of the following dates you choose.

Application fee:-

                              Application fee for NUST Entrace Test is 2500, That you have to submit during the Submission of Challan in Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:-

                                    Minimum of 60% in intermediate or A levels
                                    All seats would be given on open merit
                                    A levels candidates will have to issue an equivalence certificate
                                    HSSC part 1 Students having 60% marks can also apply.
                                    A levels students can also apply on O levels equivalence certificate, but their
                                    admission would be confirmed on basis of A levels certificate

Non-marriageable age and Women

Marriage enhances the cognizance between two people. Its for sure a life lasting decision that has to be taken by people. Marriageable age is a basic and most dispute-able content that should be discussed. Countries where illiteracy and unawareness is present, Mostly those people are facing such problems. Every country have some laws regarding marriage and to resolve the issues.


In Pakistan, Marriageable age is the most dispute-able content. According to UNICEF, In Pakistan 70% of girls are married under the age of 16. And 50% of Girls are married before the age of 18. How can  we expect such type of relations would long last?. Illiteracy is the major reason for such kind of issues. Many medical problems ensue because of non marriageable age ceremonies.



In Pakistan, another custom that is known as "SWARA" involves elderly or respected people of that society to resolve their family disputed or unpaid debts by marrying of girls. How ridiculous is this?. Family disputes would be resolved by abdication of your daughters?. Believe you me , in this custom girls most married are between ages of 5 to 9 . Its really soul menacing thing.  



Such type of customs are adapted on majority of age issues and age of consent. But such laws should never be adapted where a life is no more worthy. Life is blessing by GOD, should be protected . It should be seen as a "Living Statue", Our Religion taught us to avoid such things. If we really do that , we are going back to old age. This isnt civilization, this is in real sense the cruelty by the society. Women should be respected in every part of the world. Their rights should be respected.


Government should implement a system that allows only certified marriages. They should build some institutes in Non-developed areas, where this is more common. People who force their daughters to marry in child-age should be handed over to the police and those who involve their daughters in family disputes and to pay their unpaid debts should be hanged over to death.

Combined Examination and Education system of Pakistan

Education is a symbol of enchanting personality. It gives moral values to a person. Learning is more paramount than Reading. Education we get, is always accompanied by the education system we have today. Education system in every era needs to have some reforms . Reforms are always made for the betterment of People. Education system should be so that, students should seek knowledge with zeal and zest.

In Pakistan, Talent among the students is so elevated that their desire to seek knowledge has been so raised, But unfortunately the education system that we have today is causing ravage to talent we have in our country. I'm my self a student and so a victim of this devastating education system.


Finally another poor step by the Government, Minister of education Said to Implement the combined examination system for 9/10 and 11/12 Grade. Major problem that student would face will be Lack of interest in their studies. Cramming would be superior to Conceptual studies. This would ultimately alter the minds of student. Reforms always are meant for the betterment of Nation, not for the demolition of nation. Accordingly the Merit for different universities and medical colleges would
diminish. Students who are good at cramming would be most superior.

 So, I feel ashamed to say that those who implement these rules and regulation have their children being educated A level Courses, They are uninfluenced by the every change in education system. A middle class person can never sustain the expenses for courses that are under British Education System. This would automatically diminish the morale of education in country.


I neither object on students studying A levels nor their parents. Education system for the entire nation should be same. There shouldnt be any prejudice atleast  in education. Better and best education system should be provided to the students, because they are the real asset of a nation.

Sectarianism In PAKISTAN

Allah is one,our prophet (SAWW) is one,our qibla is one then why we are not one?.Allah say in Quran “Allah ki rassi ko mazboty se thamy rakho ar taffarqa na philao”.But we are not one and divided on different basis one of which is sects.

Sectarianism in Pakistan have made so much damage to Pakistan that none other thing give. Every day in different part of Pakistan a religious person related to any sect is killed by another sect and on the basis of this , the killings continues. One day a shia killed,next day a sunni killed. What is this be a muslim . Now a days the religious event Eid is coming. Everyone knows that in Pakistan every year Two Eids are being celebrated. The one reason behind this is sectarianism .

The myth behind this is that “ the chairman of moon sighting committee of Pakistan “Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman” belongs to brealvi sub sect of sunni while the “Mufti popalzai” belongs to deoband sub sect of sunni. The altercation between brealvi’s and deoband’s is main reason behind celebrations of two Eids. This was some facts regarding eid ,this was a basic example of difference of opinions .

Sectarianism in Pakistan is destructing for Pakistan. In my thinking if we want to see Pakistan prosperous and developed then we should be one and united . we have to eradicate sects between us which make differences between us. When our Ideal Holy prophet(SAWW) was only muslim and our quaid was only muslim then why we are divided now?. Be one and think about prosperity of our beloved country.May Allah Blesses us.PAKISTAN ZINDABAD.

Imran khan and People

Middle class life is the riveting life. Daily you have synergy with different people. Scenario of country have made people aware of the political truth. Islamabad Capital of Pakistan, People here are mostly the Government employees or either residents of other cities. Now, They are able to see what is right for them and others. Truth always arises from the grass root level of country and by the people.

Today! With Some daily routine work, I went to Sadar. I'm a middle class person, traveled on Cab. Believe you me, He asked me " Sir jee tusan di ki khayal ay Mulk da halat wasta , Imran khan othay dharna ditay wa, Othay buhat be-hayaie wa. imran khan agya ty mulk europe ban jana wa" I laughed and i was supposed to explain him  with some facts. I said "bhira jee! Jinko aap be-haya keh raha hu, wo log yaqenan F/6 , F/7 YA F/10 ka white colour log hen. Hakumat koi bi rahay unko kia parwa? wo tu guzara ker lenga, par socho wo log pher bi Apke wo Imran khan k dharna ma jata hein, kuch tu baat ha na bhira je? " Then, he asked me " Tusan lahore ty gye hoga? otha Shaukat khanum bbas naam da hi ay? Mera rishtadar gye ty onha nay admit hi ni kita." I had to convince him so that He could realize the truth. I said " Bhira jee ! Ma khud lahore parha hun waha raha bi hun , ap batao apka rishta dar kon c stage pa tha cancer ka?" He said " Sir je O tay 15 din bad intikal kar gaya c" . That was answer to my question, things always work with some natural phenomena. I said him " Meri family ma 2 log cancer k patient tha , mujey ilm hai iska. tusi ae daso apka rishtadar last stage pa tha, aur unki policy hai wo first stage pa admit karta hen. pher usko kyun kasoorwar thehrate hu , kuch maumla hikmat sa teh karu."

Some anti Tehreek e insaf people object on Sheikh Rasheed, I m honestly saying He gave me positive comments on Him. He said the metro project is just lame. Sheikh rasheed told them to built a fly over near "NALA LAYI" But they cancelled the project.

People support Imran khan but they dont know how to say? How to defend their vote. Everyne here is blaming Government for everything. When a person at grass root level isnt happy with them. I m really shocked how can they have majority of seats in parliament.?

Goiter and symptoms

When you talk about the things that moves you around, chemicals called as Neurotransmittors and hormones are principally the ones the are responsible for this.
In neck, we have a mass in front of adam apple called as Thyroid gland help us to increase our metabolism and helps in increasing our Lean body mass for which some body builders and Models use it for sake of their skinniness. When we talk about its inappropriate working , the most important reason which is come across the clinical setting is as an enlargement of it as a mass present in front of neck called as goiter.Goiter is one of the most important disease in hilly areas and guess what? The reason for it the iodine deficiney in their diet which is responsible for goiter.
Usually such mass is seen in areas of Himilyas.
Rarely other reasons are found too in which person gets skinner and thyriod starts to work in "Hyperactive" manner.Goiter due to Iodine deficienecy still exist in Third world countries.In order to prevent it, Salt Fortified with iodoine must be used and convienced among the people.
This will save you from most common cause of Goiter esp If you are in hilly areas.

Lithosphere (types of rocks - mineral extraction)

Okay, so when doing all four spheres, for each of them we have to focus on these four things:

1) Resources - means how the natural system is working, basically natural resources.
2) Development - as in how us humans have used them, what productive activity is done etc.
3) Impact - how is that development affecting the environment?
4) Management - how to do sustainable development. Okay?

Now, our first sphere, is Lithosphere. Whats Lithosphere? Its the outermost layer of Earth, basically comprising of crust and upper most solid mantle of Earth. (the rocks, soil, minerals all fall in lithosphere, they will be the resources, the elements of soil that we will study in this sphere)

This is the simplest picture I could find, see where lithosphere stands. Upper mantle aur continental crust, dono hain isma.. Lithosphere has solid mantle. Neeche wala molten hota hai. Thats not part of lithosphere. Okay?
Acha, there are different types of rocks in the Earth's crust, but they can be divided into three main groups.
1) Igneous 

• formed by fire - associated with volcanic activity
•  magma rises from mantle to the surface, and when it cools, forms igneous rocks
• two main types - granite & basalt
• granite is formed during formation of fold mountains, when magma is forced into rocks
• basalt is formed when lava cools after pouring out of volcanoes

2) Sedimentary

• made of sediment
• small sediments from rocks outcrop Earth's surface
• reach sea bed, and start accumulating in layers
• weight of the layers above compress the below ones into rocks
• examples - sandstone, limestone, & clay
• sandstone - has grains of sand
• limestone - dead sea creatures accumulate on sea bed forming layers of limestone rock
• clay - compression of deposits of mud

3) Metamorphic

• those that have been changed by heat & pressure in the crust
• how through heat? rocks in contact with new magma
• how through pressure? rocks on plate boundaries, bear stress due to great earth movements
• examples - limestone changed to marble, and clay changed to slate

Note: Igneous rocks,when observed have vertical lines of weakness, however sedimentary rocks have horizontal lines of weakness.

 Whats a mineral reserve?Its a known source of mineral, yet to be mined.
Some minerals can last hundreds of years like iron ore, while some run out more quickly.

Whats 'life expectancy' of a mineral?Number of years the mineral reserves are expected to last, keeping in mind the current rates of use.
How to calculate it?Amount of reserves existing / amount used per year.

Methods of extraction/mining:
1) opencast mining

• when? when minerals outcrop on the surface
• how? vegetation is cleared and topsoil is removed
• explosives used to loosen the rocks
• diggers used to remove loose rocks
• mineral (resource) loaded into trucks.

2) deep mining

• when? when mineral is deep down, underground
• how? take a geological survey to exactly spot the reserve (depth and position)
• sink a vertical shaft to the layer containing minerals
• then a horizontal tunnel is dug to the mineral site
• minerals are extracted by digging by miners and machines
• loose rocks are piled as waste heaps on surface, and minerals are also brought to the surface
• later they are loaded in trucks to be transported

Environmental Management - Paper Pattern

Achaa, just to make it easy, we have four sections.
Lithosphere, Hydrosphere, Atmosphere, and Biosphere, which we are going to study in detail. And before we move onto the syllabus, lets check out the paper pattern..  Its the same for Oct/Nov 2014, and May/June 2015. We have two papers, paper 1, and paper 2.

Paper 1 (120 marks)

It has 2 sections. Section A, and section B.
In Section A, there are four questions, each taken from one section, that is, one from lithosphere, one from hydrosphere, and so on. Candidates have to attempt all four questions! They are compulsory. And they have a total of 40 marks.

Then there is Section B. It has structured questions, which are again compulsory, all of them, they comprise of free-response and source questions, on global environmental issues. It carries 80 marks.
You have 2 hours and 15 minutes for this.

Paper 2 (60 marks)

This is all based on strategy and candidate’s tactics to deal with problems. They will be given data regarding an environmental issue, which might deliver the foundation for a project. They will have to pinpoint problems upraised by the data, and specify the means by which a project could be run.

You will have 1 hour 30 minutes for this.

Weightage:
Paper 1 - 60%
Paper 2 - 40%
